I feel like I am making progress with these two pieces.....as different as they can be from each other. Loose, tight; color and contrast growing and retreating; planning and acting with quick impulsive gestures; general impression with relaxed hand; Katz and Monet. Where am I in all of this, I sometimes ask myself. Moving toward a vision.
